“Can't say enough about our wonderful stay at Dimora Bandinelli.”

The owners are very gracious and were always ready to assist us with questions. Maps and bus tickets were available at the B&B, and the bus stop was nearby. Marco mapped out a few routes for us as well as providing some history of Florence. We loved walking along the Arno into the center of Florence but staying in Oltrarno where it is quieter and away from the hectic crowds.
The room and bathroom were large, comfortable and sparkling clean. We were taken by the fresco on the ceiling. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in.
The dining area for breakfast also had a beautiful fresco. We liked the breakfast, especially the coffee. This was more typical of Italian breakfast, because, after all, you are in Italy. They do not have a kitchen, so you will not get a hot English or American style breakfast. There is a great restaurant on the same block as the B&B called C'est La Vie where we had several wonderful meals.
We highly recommend Dimora Bandinelli and will stay here again if we every return to Florence

“Highly, highly recommended.”

The location is superb, as advised by the owners by email we took the T1 tram from the Santa Maria Novella train station just 3 stops and in 6 mins we had arrived on the platform nearest our hotel.
A short 5min walk to the b&b which was easy to find.
The owners greeted us with drinks and a short chat about the area, tram and bus travel, resturants and tourist spots.
They even suggested sights to take in with the time we had. We took their advice of jumping on bus number 12 which stopped literally around the corner and took us to the top of the hill (Piazza Michaelangelo) the views were stunning and we walked back down the hill to see some other sights, catching the tram back.
The room was clean with complimentary water, breakfast plentiful. Check out swift, we felt secure and slept very well. Highly, highly recommended.

We were welcomed to Dimora Bandinelli in a very familiar atmosphere.
The owners were very helpful and provided us with all information and support needed to visit Florence without any worries.
The historic city can be reached by walking within some minutes.
The antique rooms with restored original parts offers a lot of comfort for the stay and completes the spirit of Florence.

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend in questo B&B inaugurato da pochissimo, praticamente siamo stati i primi ospiti!
L’accoglienza è stata ottima, la nostra camera era molto bella e pulitissima e Marco e Cristina sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili, ci hanno dato un sacco di consigli molto utili, specialmente sui ristoranti della zona!
